CURRENT OPENINGS:
Plumber’s Helper
Responsibilities: Organize tools and materials in vans and at jobsites. Complete basic plumbing tasks with Plumber’s supervision. Learn company processes and the plumbing code book to quickly grow into a Plumber’s role.
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour
Hours: Monday- Friday (10AM - 2PM)
Experienced Plumber
Responsibilities: Diagnose plumbing issues, create actionable responses, quote prices and options, and perform work. Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and the office by following company policies.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience; A fully stocked and inventoried work van to use for service calls
Hours: Monday- Friday (8AM - 4PM); No after hours on-call work required
Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher
Responsibilities: Answer and return customer calls. Oversee scheduling, invoicing, and other key administrative tasks in the office.
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour
Hours: Monday- Friday (8AM - 2PM)
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Parker Hennington
Founder & Owner
Parker is a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter who was born and raised in South Carolina. After graduating Irmo High School and attending the College of Charleston, Parker returned to Columbia, where he spent years working in the culinary industry. In 2017, he made a career transition and became a licensed plumber. After spending several years working at corporate a plumbing business, Parker decided it was time to start working for himself. He founded Community Plumbers in 2022 to provide the midlands area with more reliable and dependable plumbing services. In his spare time, he enjoys practicing Brazilian Ju Jitsu, cooking, and relaxing at home with his wife, Diana, and three children.
Blaine Cook
Marketing Advisor
Blaine graduated from Chapin High School and subsequently attended the University of South Carolina, where he earned his degree in marketing and finance from the Darla Moore School of Business. From there, he went on to work at successful startup business for more than four years, supporting the growth of company’s executive intelligence database. In 2025, he joined Community Plumbers as an advisor, helping to implement digital marketing strategies. Blaine is a passionate Gamecocks and Green Bay Packers fan who enjoys walking his dog and going to the gym in his spare time.
